Project Description
The Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce San Francisco Chapter (SACCSF) is a private, non-profit organization that promotes Swiss-U.S. business relations. Swisscom is a member and on the Board. SACCSF offers a wide variety of services to help ease the transition between these two markets, and drive joint growth.
The SACCSF can offer more services and networking opportunities if it increases the membership number. The challenge SACCSF faces is to keep track of potential members, such as people (professionals), and companies in the Bay Area with ties to Switzerland and vise versa. For this, a systematic process and tool should be provided.
The partially or fully automated system should
- find new arrivals with relevant links on social media
- inform the SACCSF Board Members of new arrivals
- reach out to new arrivals with customized auto-generated messages, inviting them to the next SACCSF events
