Content Creation System in an Era of AI

In Silicon Valley, we carried out a project for SVH Capital that explored how Artificial Intelligence can be used to create and organize social media content. The goal was to demonstrate how companies can leverage modern tools to plan, design, and publish content more efficiently.
SVH Capital is an investment bank founded in June 2025, with its core focus areas in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Secondaries, and Growth Capital. In the marketing domain, we project team members started on a “greenfield” basis – building everything from scratch – and developed a model for how social media work can be structured in an efficient and modern way. We engaged in daily exchanges with the project provider to discuss ideas, align on content, and review progress.
For the practical implementation, we combined several applications: With Zoho Social, we planned and managed the entire publishing process in a clear and structured way. For the design of visuals and graphics, we used Canva, which allowed us to create engaging images for different platforms. ChatGPT and additional AI tools were applied to generate texts, create ideas, and optimize content. This resulted in a seamless combination of classic design, automated text generation, and efficient content management.
An essential part of the workflow was the coordination with external partners: Before publishing, all created content had to be submitted to Finalis. This external firm reviewed the posts and provided feedback on whether they could be released in the proposed form. This ensured that all content complied with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
All work steps were carefully documented – from the initial ideation phase through the production of texts, images, and videos, up to the final publishing. This created a clear and structured process that illustrates how companies can use Artificial Intelligence to manage their social media efforts. The outcome was a collection of ready-to-publish posts along with a detailed description of the entire approach.
In this way, we developed a model that clearly shows how modern technologies can support, simplify, and enrich social media work – offering an innovative approach that brings together AI, design, and compliance.
